Transitional Living Units for Young People with Autism

Jasmine Lodge is a large, detached house that has been refurbished to high standards and provides modern, superior quality accommodation while maintaining a comfortable, ‘homely’ feel.

This female-only placement contains three individual bedrooms which are joined by communal areas. All the residents are appropriately placed based on individual needs, choice, ability, preferences, and the long-term goal of living independently in
the community.

HomeWaters and Jasmine Lodge is uniquely situated beside Nexus Activity Center (Surrey Choices) which supports individuals with disability, autism and those with sensory needs. The focus of this centre is developing skills in arts, crafts and beauty treatment both for vocational and leisure purposes. Residents are encouraged to independently use the transport network safely as it improves community integration. However, there is a minibus dedicated to the Lodge which can be used to transport residents who are less able to use public services.

Jasmine Lodge is a dedicated transitional living space to help women aged 16-25 build the skills and confidence needed for a fulfilling future. Whether you’re navigating  autism, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviours, we offer a structured and supportive  environment  designed to equip you for independent living. Here, community integration takes centre
stage, nurtured by a supportive sanctuary designed for shared living with up to four female residents.

Jasmine Lodge provides dedicated spaces for personal growth and connection. Learn to navigate social interactions with confidence in the gender-mixed outdoor activity area,
and master essential life skills like meal preparation and laundry in the fully equipped OT training kitchen and laundry area. Immerse yourself in the therapeutic world of the multilevel gardening boxes, cultivating both greenery and selfsufficiency.

Your Secure base

Each resident enjoys a private bedroom and accessible bathroom equipped with a spacious shower, all designed for comfort and ease of movement. All rooms are equipped
with contemporary, specialist anti-ligature, furniture. Shared spaces like the kitchen/diner and garden offer opportunities for connection and community, but never at the expense of your personal space.

Sunbury park, Sunbury leisure centre, Sunbury recreational park and Rivermead Island are a few of the recreational centres close to Jasmine Lodge.

Sunbury Cross is a ten minute walk from the lodge, and is the location for a range supermarkets and local shops. Sunbury cross also has a variety of eateries like KFC, Subway, Papa John’s , Golden Grill and others.
