Homwaters and Jasmine Lodge is a large, detached house that has been refurbished to high standards providing modern, superior quality accommodation whilst maintaining its ‘homely’ feel. It has two separate entrances to individual four-bedded units which are interconnected by communal facilities. All residents will be carefully selected to live with each other in the home based on individual choice, ability, preferences, and long-term goal of living independently in the community.
Homewaters and Jasmine Lodge is situated in the leafy suburb of Sunbury, which is on the north bank of the River Thames in the Borough of Spelthorne. It is easily accessible from the M3 and M4 motorways with good local public transport links. Sunbury train station is a stone’s throw away and connects to major stations including London Waterloo. It is located close to Hampton Court, Kingston and Shepperton town centre which have shop parades, restaurants, leisure facilities and other amenities. There are options for employment and day opportunities available at these towns for our residents.

HomeWaters and Jasmine Lodge is uniquely situated beside Nexus Activity Center (Surrey Choices) which supports individuals with disability, autism and those with sensory needs. The focus of this centre is developing skills in arts, crafts and beauty treatment both for vocational and leisure purposes. Residents are encouraged to independently use the transport network safely as it improves community integration. However, there is a minibus dedicated to the Lodge which can be used to transport residents who are less able to use public services.
