Do you share the Venus values?

We are always open to approaches from committed individuals seeking to develop a career in care delivery and care management. When joining us as carers, some experience in care is desirable but not essential, since we offer in-depth training and a comprehensive induction programme. What matters most is that applicants have a real sense of vocation and an unlimited capacity for going the extra mile.

Venus supports team members to gain further qualifications and is consistently looking to foster talent and promote people with exemplary ideas and management capabilities. Each new member of staff will be mentored by a senior colleague and have regular performance reviews with the home manager.

If you are applying for more senior roles as advertised it is beneficial if you have a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or the equivalent NVQ if studied before 2010). If driving forms part of the role, you must have a clean driving licence.
