Meet the Venus team

Led by our highly qualified director of healthcare, Vicky Hall, each of our homes is managed by its own experienced healthcare professional. These professionals combine expert clinical knowledge with a real passion for putting the wellbeing and welfare of our service users at the centre of everything we do.
Staff wellbeing is also a high priority; we ensure that regular training and performance reviews, as well as continuous on-the-job training and support, is provided. This very team-centred and pastoral approach results in high levels of job satisfaction, evidenced by the significantly high level of staff retention (90%) at Venus. Quite simply, we care about the people who care.
